Micah
The Lord declares through prophet’s voice
He calls His people to rejoice
Yet warns of sin, of pride & greed
And urges justice, mercy, deed
Hear now, O rulers of the land
Your hearts have strayed from God’s own hand
The poor are crushed, the widows mourn
But God will act, His judgment sworn
Seek justice, love, humility
Walk humbly with your God, faithfully
Do not oppress, nor plot, nor lie
For He will see, the truth won’t die
Though Samaria and Jerusalem fall
The Lord will rise, He rules o’er all
He shepherds still His scattered flock
And saves His own from chains & shock
The nations tremble at His might
The proud will fade before His sight
Yet hope remains for those who turn
And in His ways their hearts will burn
From Bethlehem shall One arise
A ruler just, both wise & wise
He brings salvation, peace & light
And leads His people through the night
He lifts the humble, guards the weak
The righteous hear, the faithful speak
Though trials rage, though empires fade
The Lord’s own hand will not be swayed
The prophet calls both near & far
To walk in truth, reject all mar
God’s covenant remains for all
His mercy shields, His justice calls
Thus Micah speaks with voice so strong
To warn, correct, & guide the throng
Through judgment, hope, & steadfast plea
He calls His people back to Thee
