GALATIANS

 Paul, an apostle not from men

But called by God to preach again

To churches scattered far & wide

He writes of freedom in Christ’s guide

Beware false teachers, gospel true

No other way but Christ for you

Justified by faith alone

Not by the law, God’s grace is shown

He tells of Abraham’s children free

Sons of promise through faith we see

The Spirit given, fruits abound

Love, joy, peace in hearts are found

The law was tutor until Christ came

But faith in Him secures our name

Live by Spirit, not by flesh

Walk in love with hearts afresh

Paul confronts Peter bold & strong

Hypocrisy cannot belong

Unity in truth is key

For freedom in Christ sets us free

Burden not with rules of men

Serve each other with love again

Bearing one another’s weight

This is God’s plan for every state

He boasts in nothing but the cross

All worldly gain he counts as loss

Christ crucified the only boast

The Spirit leads from coast to coast

No circumcision saves the soul

Faith in Jesus makes us whole

Gentiles, Jews alike are one

In Christ’s kingdom the work is done

Sow to Spirit, reap in grace

Do not grow weary run the race

Love one another, walk in light

Do what is good in every sight

Final greetings, prayers, peace he sends

To saints in Christ our living friend

Stand firm in faith, against all schemes

God’s promises fulfill our dreams
