Paul, an apostle called by grace
Writes to comfort the Corinthian place
Encouraging hearts though trials abound
God’s love & mercy always found
He thanks the saints for steadfast cheer
Their generosity brings God near
Treasure in jars of clay revealed
Power of God in weakness sealed
Through hardships many yet remain
Faith upheld through joy & pain
Reconciliation urged with care
Forgive & comfort, burdens share
Paul defends his ministry true
Not seeking praise but serving you
Boasting only in Christ above
All done in faith, in service & love
The Spirit guides in giving free
Sowing seeds with generosity
Abounding grace for every need
Provision flows from God indeed
Suffering now brings glory bright
Eternal weight outweighs our sight
Momentary troubles cannot compare
To the joy & peace God’s people share
He urges boldness, courage, pray
Stand firm in faith & never sway
For God’s power perfects our weak
Strength in Him is all we seek
Paul reminds of hope in heaven
Treasures stored by God’s own leaven
We walk by faith, not seen with eye
Awaiting crowns that never die
Forgive, encourage, comfort, guide
Let Christ in every heart abide
Generous hearts & spirits kind
Reflect the love of God divine
Final greetings, prayers, grace bestowed
Peace of God over all bestowed
Stand firm in truth, rejoice, endure
All glory to God forever sure
