EPHESIANS

 Paul, an apostle called by grace

Writes to saints in every place

Blessed with every spiritual gift

God’s plan for them begins to lift

Chosen in Christ before the world

Adopted, redeemed, God’s love unfurled

Forgiven freely through His blood

Grace abounds, salvation’s flood

He prays that hearts may know the hope

God’s power working, Spirit’s scope

Unity in church, one body made

Through Christ our path in light displayed

Walk worthy lives in calling high

Humble, gentle, patient, nigh

Bearing with one another’s ways

In love, in peace, through all our days

Marriage, family, work, and home

Submit in love, let kindness roam

Children, parents, servants, peers

Live in respect, without all fears

Put on the armor of the Lord

Stand firm in faith, shield & sword

Helmet of salvation, sword of Spirit

Prayer unceasing, always hear it

Fight the schemes of darkness near

Truth & righteousness shall persevere

Feet fitted with gospel’s peace

Faith the shield, all doubts release

Paul reminds of God’s great might

Power at work, unseen yet bright

Blessed be the Father of all things

In heaven above His praises ring

Walk in love, forgive, restore

Unity, peace, forevermore

The Spirit guides in every choice

God’s eternal plan, our hearts rejoice

Final greetings, grace & peace

From God our Father never cease

Stand firm, live holy, shine your light

In Christ alone, our souls take flight
